If you thrive at the intersection of executive influence, IT transformation, and business growth — this is your stage. 🌍 Your Impact As a senior consulting leader, you will: - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, COOs, CTOs, CDOs) on complex digital and business transformation - Shape and drive a bold go-to-market strategy - Own Consulting P&L (Revenue & Margin) across strategic accounts - Lead enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps - Unlock value through Data & AI , platform modernisation, and hyperscaler ecosystems - Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams from strategy to execution - Build executive relationships that translate vision into measurable impact You will play a defining role in helping public institutions modernize, innovate, and deliver smarter services to citizens. 🔎 What We’re Looking For ✔ 15+ years in management or technology consulting ✔ Deep expertise in Digital Strategy & Business Transformation ✔ Strong understanding of Data & AI, regulatory environments, and process excellence ✔ Proven ability to influence at executive level ✔ Commercially sharp with experience owning revenue growth ✔ Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, grow, and lead ✔ Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) ✔ Established network within the public sector Big Four consulting experience?
